📦 Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Every order includes tracking + insurance, which is already factored into your shipping cost.
Once USPS has accepted the package, it is officially in their care. While I cannot control transit delays, loss, or damage, I will always do my best to help resolve any issues and assist with the insurance claim process if something goes wrong.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, patina, or finish are natural and not considered defects. Please read item descriptions carefully before ordering.
