When can I expect a response to my email:
Shop related emails are typically answered within 48 hours.

Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Orders are shipped out within 4-6 business days of when the order was placed. I'm a solo operation with a part-time job.

Shipping domestically usually takes up to 1 week to reach US destinations though it can sometimes take longer. 

We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost once in the care of the USPS. If this is the case for you, please email tnlsupply@gmail.com and we will work with you to reach a solution.
