This original, hand-printed photograph is from a series of photographs I shot on 35mm film addressing the influence of media on our concepts of beauty.
Each print measures 16 x 20 and was printed from a 35mm negative. An enlarger is used to create an original print in a darkroom on Kodak paper for a final color print.
This is not a digital print or process. A computer was never used at any point during this process.
You are a purchasing an original color photograph.
Each print is sleeved in a cello envelope and shipped in protective tube mailer.
Please note that listing image is a JPG scan of a slide and doesn't not represent the clarity of the original print. I'm happy to provide more photos of the work upon request.
The title of each photograph is taken from a cosmetic/beauty company slogan or advertisement.
