This candle was inspired by the album Desire by Bob Dylan, specifically the song Isis, and my love of West Texas. It smells of pine needles, sage, allspice, leather, and a touch of vanilla. It reminds me of cold camping nights under the stars in the desert.
"I was thinkin about turquoise, I was thinkin about gold."
This candle is finished with mountain sage and copper glitter, then topped red citrine (creativity), turquoise (strength and balance), aventurine (prosperity) and apatite (spirituality) crystals.
I make all my candles with soy wax, biodegradable glitter, locally sourced herbs, essential oils, and crystals sourced from Monk and Moon. They come in a 6oz reusable tin and burn for roughly 30 hours. I'm not into super strong scents so the smell is always pretty subtle. Also, the throw (scent while burning) is more subdued than the actual scent of the solid candle.
My candles are handmade and have imperfections. I hand-mix the colors of each candle design. Crystals and herbs may become loose during shipping. If you are looking for a flawless, machine-made candle, these candles aren't for you. No two candles are exact.
